In 2006, we began our journey with traditional estimation methods, manually scaling dimensions from blueprint drawings and transferring them onto large estimation sheets. This painstakingly slow process meant that estimating a single commercial apartment with five stories could take up to three weeks!

Determined to improve, we transitioned to Excel spreadsheets, automating many steps and reducing estimation time from weeks to just three days. However, we still faced challenges such as manually scaling dimensions and transferring values from blueprints.
